Anything they do to the machines is just incriminating themselves even further, because an audit of the paper ballots will reveal the crime. So long as the state senate keeps pushing, they will eventually get access to the paper ballots. Maricopa has absolutely no case for keeping them secret. It's federal law. I don't know what they think their endgame is, but once the ballots for even a single state are actually examined, that's when shit is going to blow up. That is the real reason we likely have the national guard occupying D.C. They know damn well Jan 6th wasn't an insurrection - and they know that when the fraud is confirmed, they're going to have a real revolution on their hands.

A later audit will then show that the machines were tampered with, which is more evidence of fraud. The real data is with the paper ballots. Once those are audited, we can then look at all the actions taken to cover up the steal, such as this bullshit audit, and pile on criminal charges. They are making a ridiculously stupid gamble with these shenanigans because the paper ballots will always be the ultimate evidence.
