There’s two other ppl on the ballot. One is a Cuban/Italian American woman who just moved into the district from Trump Tower to run against AOC in the Democratic Primary.

Doesn’t work like that. DA can always revise the charges whenever to a lesser charge. You just can’t revise up.

I live one train stop away from here, AOC’s district. This guy’s probably homeless, there’s three homeless shelters within a mile of my house, and the homeless population is noticeably starting to become more brazen.

Shocked this guy is only being charged with assault and not attempted murder. That’s what you call privilege.

If the law doesn’t deal with this, residents will, and it will be much worse than anything the police are capable of. The NYPD has probably the best statistics in regards to police brutality compared to police forces around the country so they’ll be wishing for the police.
