Nextdoor just "disappeared" one of my neighbors for daring to post something critical of the vaccine to warn neighbors about the lack of liability. They removed the post and deleted her account.
It won't matter. The only reason the audit is moving forward is because they have had enough time to fix things.
Oooh, a strongly-worded letter perhaps?
They will vote in such a manner as to protect themselves and their families. It's that simple. The facts of the case do not matter. This is not an impartial jury.
I can't answer your question, but here we are.
Appeal, not mistrial.
In other words, the judge just wants to hurry up and get that one particular verdict from the jury and make this all someone else's problem on appeal.
He should be declaring a mistrial. The jury is not impartial.
Both the judge and jury want to have the outcome of this trial be a certain way so they can just kick the can down the road and make other people deal with an appeal. They know there is only one way to decide on this case if they wish themselves and their families to remain safe.
Unfortunately, I do not see a functioning judicial system at the moment.
This is far from an impartial jury. They are scared for their lives.
No, there are still laws in place that will be enforced. They will just be enforced against one particular group, and not another.
Welcome to the world of anarcho-tyranny.
Correct. And this is all the jury members will be thinking about when they are supposed to be deliberating.
^ This person gets it.
Correct. The jury is far from impartial. They know that if they decide a certain way they will be doxxed.
Nothing will happen.
Justice is dead. The jury will vote how they see fit to save their own skins. They know what's at stake if they vote a certain way.
The rule of law is non-existent. It's mob justice now.
Trust the science! No, not that science.
There is zero chance a not guilty verdict will happen. The jury members will vote to save their own skins. This trial will not be decided on the facts of the case or the law.
I second this recommendation. Just watched the complete series last year and find the parallels to today uncanny.
In my house when we watch any media, it's tv and movies from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. It's sad to see how far we've fallen so quickly...
The current governor of Virginia.
I'm actually impressed at the amount of extra work OP went through to get "their" wrong. I mean, it's not like they took the lazy route and just went with "there". An apostrophe was used!
"COMMON SENSE"
Why are people still using Instragram / Facepage / Twitter and then getting surprised when they censor free speech?
