How can the emergency powers laws grant the governor power to establish new laws and punishment recommendations? And if they did doesn't that make the law unconstitutional?

Clearly she needs ro be impeached

Remove the FBI headquarters, keep the field offices but fire anyone associated with washington field office, and bring in outsiders.

Then have the heads of each field office meet yearly and rotate in a chair who serves as DOJ, congress, whitehouse contact and representative. Give them a small office staff to aid them.

The DOJ will serve as moderator and 'head' of FBI, responsible for giving direction and leadership at a national level.

This puts the FBI more inline with the marshals and reduces the power of FBI director to nothing by eliminating the position.

No one gambles in NV anymore, thats why its economy is in a tailspin. The governor banned tourism in a state that relys primarily on tourism.

International pressure is the best guess.

I think the teleprompter had an issue and this is basically his "I'm Ron Burgundy?" moment.

Or he just had a mini stroke

Just as US Supreme Court is the last word on even state crimes, the presidential pardon can apply to anyone in the US for both state and federal crimes.

Maybe if we can rid the FBI of the cover up artists anf get actual investigators in there the nation can finally see some closure on this cold case.

A counter point thats a bit scary.

If they wait four years Trump goes away, will the next GOP candidate be able to stand up to them? We they have even joined them? Clearly with Romney or McCain v Obama they would have won either way.

There is a lot to risk with such a venture and the odds of success are not high, but if they wait the odds get better.

Better to do a dress rehearsal now, but not pull the trigger and act and wait until the government and people are more willing to bend over then fight back.

She decline for emergency stays but didn't rule aganst us, hold your horse, its not the end of the world. Just not instant gratification. The votes will be sectioned off so if the court rules in our favor the correct vote is still known.
