3 hours later, they started doing provisional ballots. Only about 10 people out of the 100's in line decided to do the provisional ballot.
Shortly after the local news picked up about the ENTIRE COUNTY being down, the machines were "fixed", and the lines started moving.
I felt relieved that at my polling station, just about nobody was willing to take a provisional ballot.
