I'm not so sure about that theory. There were donations from 4 Seasons but it's not clear that was this one. It's a common biz name. Plus it was only a few hundred to a few thousand from what I saw. Didn't seem consequential. The camera footage theory sounds more plausible. I did a walk around on Google Street view of the biz and you can see they definitely have cameras on the building.
