32 and going back to school for 13 years? You'll be 45 when you graduate? Too late man, look into the trades. You can make really good money as an electrician, plumber, HVAC, etc and GET PAID while you learn. Unless you plan on living in squalor for the rest of your life to pay off that debt and save up enough to retire on, you should think about doing something else.
EDIT: Another option is a 3-4 year RN program. Not everyone is cut out for nursing, but you can make really good money. My dad went back to school in his late 30s and now my parents are both 60 and in good shape with a paid off house etc. 13 years is too long and too expensive.
