I would hope you have a problem with minors having hard drugs. This measure includes the decriminalization of hard drugs for minors. Any minor caught with hard drugs can pay an optional $100 fine or have the fine dismissed if they might be interested in rehab. This measure does not mandate rehab. So a minor can have hard drugs and basically get a slap on the wrist, no court record, nothing; their parents don't even have to know.
It gets better (meaning worse). All of the legal weed tax dollars is supposed to go to the schools. So they took money away from the schools to fund the optional rehab. And Oregon schools rank almost near the bottom nationally.
Edit: Its the Oregon high school graduation rate that is near the bottom . We have a lot of drop outs.

$115 fine if minor is in possession of tobacco products. (class D violation)
$1250 fine/and or 30 days in jail if anyone violates the new mask mandate and no thanksgiving orders starting November 18. (class C misdemeanor)

To everyone commenting on here asking, "...but why would antifa do arson, why, makes no sense." WTH. Both BLM and Antifa are all about disruption, violence, and destruction; how many times do you need to hear them say it with their own mouths before you believe it. There are several reports of arson, of people seeing others trying to light fires, of people being arrested. Our local news affiliates are KGW, KPTV, KGW. Go look on their twitter or facebook. I am not going to provide you with links, go find it yourself. The local news is reporting that its a conspiracy theory or rumor that antifa is responsible but these same news sites are also reporting about the arson arrests. Its kinda like when the local news tell us the Portland riots are peaceful and then we watch cell phone video of the violent mobs on twitter.
