Real pandemics have real, verifiable evidence, i.e., YOU CAN SEE ALL THE SICK PEOPLE. You don't need to get tested, it's obvious. Same thing with TB. You shouldn't ever need to be "tested for TB". The symptoms are pretty obvious. You'd know if you had it. There's no such thing as "asymptomatic spread". That's made up to rule out the people who say "I'm fine, I have no symptoms".
