calling it "reckless"... I would ask Gayvin..."How long would you want this insane mandate to go on?" Ask all the people who think masks work, think you should still be wearing one and are afraid to breath free... "for how long?"

If they can't give you a date, or say something vague like "when we get to zero covid (will NEVER happen)" or "when everyone is vaccinated and the numbers stay down"...you know they never have any intention on ever taking them off. They are people who should be shunned from society. They need to toughen up and stop being scared of getting sick. Getting sick happens to everyone.

They're not getting attacked now are they?

  1. Fuck you, you don't tell me to do shit and it's not your place to worry about my health. Don't wear a mask thinking you're doing me a favor. You're just trying to be a smug "holier-than-thou" asshole.
  2. It is "just a mask" until it becomes a permanent fixture and then it's cultish behavior under the guise of "pandemic management". It's giving other people power over you thinking they have your best interests at heart and that what they want you to do will make the bad thing go away if you just comply.
  3. Its becoming a fanatical obsession among people who do what they're told and never question why. Stop being a goddamn sheep, think for yourself and realize no mask or number of them will protect you from viruses. Best you can do is avoid people you know are sick and wash your hands a little more often. Lockdowns and restrictions on life do nothing but prolong, and masks just make your heart work harder and can end you up with pneumonia if you wear for long periods.

Governor Murphy Loosens Restrictions (Not really what I would call 'loosening', more like throwing you a carrot, waiting for 'cases' to go up and clamping down again)...

On Monday of this week, Governor Phil Murphy signed Executive Order No. 225, increasing capacity limits. He also increased the number of spectators permitted at collegiate sporting events. As reported by the State of New Jersey:

Religious Services

Effective immediately

Religious services and celebrations, including wedding ceremonies, funerals, and memorial services that involve a religious service, will be able to operate at 50% capacity of the room in which they are held, with no cap on the number of individuals permitted to attend. Services were previously limited to 35% of the room, up to 150 individuals.
Individuals attending services will still be required to wear masks and sit six feet apart from those outside of their household group. Collegiate Sporting Events

Effective immediately

Operators of indoor and outdoor collegiate sports practices and competitions may allow up to two parents or guardians per each participating athlete. Even including this limited number of parents and guardians, the total number of individuals at an indoor practice or competition cannot exceed 35% of the capacity of the room, and any outdoor space needs to accommodate all attendees with appropriate room for social distancing. Collegiate athletic conferences retain the discretion to impose stricter protocols regarding spectators, including for events that take place in large venues. Large Sports and Entertainment Venues

Effective Monday, March 1 at 6:00 a.m.

Large sports and entertainment venues with a fixed seating capacity of 5,000 or more will be permitted to host a number of patrons and members of the public equal to 10% of capacity indoors and 15% of capacity outdoors.
Facilities that host such events must ensure that all attendees at the event remain six feet apart from other attendees, except that individuals who purchase or reserve tickets together may be seated together. Attendees will also be required to wear masks within the facility, except when eating or drinking. (nope, I will consider attending when all restrictions go back to how they were before March 2020. It's not worth it to go through security shit then have to prove I'm vaccinated when that comes, and wear a mask and walk around with a yard stick to ensure 6 ft).

Murphy also noted that he expects indoor dining restrictions will be further loosened, perhaps increasing indoor capacity to 50% "sooner than later." (wow how generous)

Murphy noted that the appearance of faster-spreading variants (no variants actually exist, it's propaganda meant to drag this out and keep the confusion and fear going) has tempered the ability to open up to a greater degree. This caution has been seconded by COVID researchers, who are divided on whether the worst is behind us – or yet to come. Many experts offer that the best solution is to get as many people vaccinated (it's NOT A VACCINE!) as quickly as possible, while continuing existing health and safety habits (masks and treating each other like a leper should never be considered 'health habits').

Used to be, if you saw someone at work, school or outside a medical setting wearing a mask, you knew there was something wrong with them. They were being used the "right" way: an attempt to prevent healthy people from getting the germs of a really sick person if the sick person had to go out. They were not for healthy people to have to wear around each other.

Wife is a preschool teacher and just heard they're going back in-person but first have to go over all the mask-wearing propaganda to the kids and "have them understand why they have to wash hands all the time, and wear a mask". I suppose you're going to tell 3 and 4 year olds they can't sit next to their friends and have to stay at their desks with plexiglas boxes around them too? good luck.

It's disgusting. The BOE is requiring the parents to view these propaganda song-and dance videos with their kids to "normalize" wearing masks. This shit isn't ever going to end now. Even after "corona" is gone, they will just make mask wearing commonplace because of irrational fear of any other germs from common cold to flu or whatever else.

  • Temperature checking does NOTHING. Ooh so what, the person has a 99 degree temp. Doesn't mean shit.
  • Masks DO NOT WORK. THEY OFFER ZERO PROTECTION. STOP PUSHING THEM ON PEOPLE
  • Social Distancing is a completely arbitrary thing. 6ft means nothing. About the only thing you could argue is if people stood a mile apart. It's really not going to matter and like masks are only meant to make weak minded retards think they can do anything to prevent infection. If a virus is going to get you, it WILL get you eventually unless you literally live in a bubble
  • Vaccinations? Well we know all about that. They at best do NOTHING but pad the bottom line of the drug makers who are determined to ca$h in on this scamdemic with patented expensive new meds every one "has to take" (whether government-funded, insurance funded or you pay out of pocket). At worst they are chemical agents that cause harm and we don't even know any long-term effects months or years down the line...what they change in your body that could be dangerous.

All this bullshit and workplaces just cave to the demands from the local Governors and "health officials". And if you personally refuse to abide, you can get fired or sent home. The change isn't going to come from individuals refusing to participate, it's going to come from employers who do the right thing and not subject their workers to this "cattle processing" of "health screening" and muzzling just to come to work every day.

"Possible masks into 2022"?!

UNACCEPTABLE.

Covid or not, MASKS NEED TO GO. NOW.
Why does this asshat get to dictate anything like this?
