Donald John Trump is a smart man, and someone who loathes being cheated out of something with his entire self, he IS doing something behind the scenes i am sure of that. The corporate state knows that, and they're starting to lose sleep out of the stress it induces knowing there's a damocles sword looming slowly towards you. Also, it'd be insanely foolish thinking he wouldn't capitalize on his popularity to start these endeavors, and to siphon disgruntled voters and libshits with Xiden and Corp state's retarded exploits.
I'd love it if Trump planned something like that that's taking place beyond his first term, i'd sincerely love it. But sadly i doubt it's that way, Captain.

It indeed does. Especially if you learn a language from the romance tree, I.E. if you learn spanish, it's a great ladder to learn portuguese->italian->french->romanian->Latin(optional). After learning all the romance languages you can learn any other language very easily.
Every death in the hands of this illness is a tragedy. I'd understand wanting to try being another gender if we had the tech to make a full DNA transition, but washing people's brains and telling them they can be the other sex by cratering their crotches or sewing thigh skin is an abomination that spoils humanity and common sense.
