Let's get this out of the way... they cheated big. they lost big. they did it right in front of us. We know what they did, now we have to get the vote count right in the short time available to us.
As an example, look at the nonsense recount that is going on in GA. Repeating the same crimes but calling it a recount. No observers. No signature checks. No duplicate vote check. Etc

I think they may also be trying to run out the clock to hide it all. First, they give the media what it is looking for "the GA SOS did a recount and Trump is deboonked". This also weights down every additional action. Second, with every day wasted they get closer to the EC vote date, thus reducing our options and time to challenge/dispute. Running out the clock.
Recognizing what your enemy is doing on the field of battle is crucial for the appropriate real-time adjustments to combat them.
