Hes not telling anyone to punch anyone. Hes saying that before social media, when we had face to face interactions, people wouldnt say the shit they do on social media, because you knew going up to someone and (for instance) threatening them, their kids, calling them racists or other names, would generally get you punched so people didnt do it.
Hes saying now with the safety of social media, people go around and say what they want with out consequences.

He believes that Trudeau is going to attempt to paint the Conservatives as Trump. If they didnt agree, the Trudeau libs get a big talking point..... "Conservatives love proud boys, they wouldnt designate them as terrorists, white supremacy, patriarchy, racism, etc etc etc."
