The truth is if you accept Jesus as your savior and God as your Lord you will want to do good deeds and accept God.
So many conservatives have accepted God and yet vor all the little good deeds they've done here and there, they've been unable to make any difference. I don't think things would improve for me in measurable if I suddenly started following God.
Also, Christian societies and countries are the most successful of all historically.
What about Rome? The ancient Roman empire was very successful, similar to modern day America but they weren't Christians (Byzantimes excluded).

I hate phrasing every cause upon some malicious external agent like "dem joos" or "dem evul commies". The truth is that, even without external influence, there's a natural tendency within women to want to "rise above" what they see as "patriarchal oppression." A lot of women genuinely hate men without any necessary exposure to radical academic literature.
