They were stuck at 37% reporting for a long time while most were in the 90's, including Fulton which they wanted to take the focus off of. Then they dropped a big update that pushed Warnock ahead and brought Ossoff neck and neck with Perdue.

It's more like 160k vs 25 or 30ish, hard to tell exactly, but that would pretty much line up with the fraudulent percentages they're claiming to get in all these big cities. They just have to say that black turnout increased and they're golden. It fits all their narratives and you better not dare question it or you're a vote suppressing bigot!

It was DeKalb county for the most part. They were stuck at 34% reporting for a long time and then released a big update that brought them to 90 something % if I recall correctly.

Fulton County got a lot of attention for good reason but DeKalb went even more for Biden in the farce Presidential election:

Rob Farman, executive vice president at Edison, admitted that the “switching” stemmed from a brief reporting error from Edison Research. He told The Associated Press that a state feed from Armstrong, Pennsylvania, first showed the correct values of 24,233 votes for Trump and 4,275 for Biden, but a team member had mistakenly entered them backward—4,275 for Trump and 24,233 for Biden. Farman said the company’s quality control team discovered the error and corrected it that night.
This is the first attempt I've seen at officially explaining this vote swap and I call BS. It doesn't make sense. If the feed already showed the correct values and the votes were already reflected in the Edison totals, then to show the 19,958 vote swap, someone would have had to reverse out the old entry and enter the new one in one go or edit the original entry...but why would they do that? If the employee just entered them backward from the get go, there would be no swap, just the wrong votes added.
And where is the evidence that the error was corrected? Because it certainly isn't corrected anywhere as a discrete batch entry.
This should not be sufficient explanation for such a suspicious looking occurence. They should have to provide detailed audit logs or some kind of hard evidence, not just the usual "human error" story.
Funny because I've been working on a video about this and I was going to emphasize how there's been no attempt to explain this lol. Now it's even better - there's one attempt, and it's total BS!

If you're using that from the Edison data, you need to switch to the part of the json that has discrete numbers, and perform your analysis there.
I did use the data with decimal places which was very limited in its usefulness. For the batch I analyzed, however, I corrected for the rounding imprecision by adding decimal places to reduce Biden's variance as much as mathematically possible and he STILL got a minimum of 98%. And that batch is almost double his margin of victory. If we could get more details on this batch it could be very interesting.

I didn't know that the precinct and county level time stamped data was publicly available. And the precinct vote breakdown in general...your precinct level analysis is undeniable evidence of fraud. To have 150 precincts vote 90%+ for Biden is near impossible, but to have ANY precincts - let alone 36 - vote 96-100% for Biden is definitely impossible. Is the precinct level data available for other states? I can't help but think that there would be tons of similar anomalies.
The flow chart of the vote counting process was very helpful. It's reassuring to hear that the Edison data is essentially the "official" data as people were always trying to discount it so they wouldn't have to provide proper explanations for all of the anomalies (although many of the anomalies were due to people not factoring in the decimal place rounding).
Using the Edison data I found a batch of 23,487 votes in Georgia that went - after adjusting for the possible decimal places - an absolute minimum of 98% for Biden.
