I think that is Boasberg. Not sure who appointed, but he did raise concerns about the process and much more recently than Collyer. Sundance at Last Refuge had some posts about it a couple of months ago. It kinda got lost in the lead up to Horowitz I think. Maybe not ourguy but seemed to raise valid questions.
Can any britpedes on here reconcile the numbers for me? I see a 368 to 191 Conservative to Labour lead. I get this is a parliamentary system and there will be some parties that align with each of the two large parties. I keep seeing an 86 seat lead for conservatives. What is the alignment that results in the 86 seat lead? Also what is the “Commons”? Thanks!!!
So the /pol thread sorta disappeared as they often do. Dunno now, I always hate falling for /pol LARPs (Seattle, Deutsche bank, etc) - but this one sounded reasonable. Yes - thank you all - I had been watching the Iranian news - this was more “tanks rolling now” stuff. Guess we’ll see.
Trump knew he was likely facing impeachment the first time he nominated him and decided that wasn’t a battle he could win without ceding too much leverage to Mitch. Gloves are off now and he may go after Burr if he gets in the way. Wolfe may have snitched out his old bosses to keep his lover out of jail.
