I agree that if the SCOTUS nullifies the PA vote then the legislature should be able to call itself into session without the governor calling it into session. The U.S. Constitution trumps State constitutions, and the U.S. Constitution says the legislatures choose or determine how the Electors are chose, and nothing can stand in their way if they want to do so or must do so. I doubt this has ever been tested. Maybe the SCOTUS can resolve that when it nullifies the PA vote.

Typically by the governor. In Texas the legislature can only come into the one regular session, or else be called into an emergency session by the governor.
I've done a fair bit of that. I spent a few hours leaving messages for my RINOs. I've left messages with PA's as well. Nice messages too, with my name and phone number. Telling them how there can be no free and fair elections again if they steal this one. How their political careers will come to an end soon enough when the dems tire of letting RINOs have some seats. Tried to be persuasive.
Here's the thing: the RINOs are dirty and corrupt, not just dumb and useless as I used to think. That means they are committed. Committed to supporting the people they depend on: the dems and the deep state extortionists.

I suspect January is for the new legislature term. The 2020 term ends today. They still have some things on the calendar for December, so I suppose they might be able to do something, but they've essentially said "no".
