Keystone XL was meant to take the oil off trains (that are slow and derail frequently). Canada dug up the oil and is currently sending it via train that BNSF owns, which is the only player in the space (monopoly).

Cancelling Keystone XL means BNSF can name their price. Huge profits and total monopoly.

Who owns BNSF? Warren Buffett, one of Biden's best friends.
