God bless this brave, good man. However, I would argue that in many ways it IS a political issue. DC and Global governance have buried and aided this scourge. Only the Trump Administration has allowed it out of the shadows and into the light.

I would add arrest, interrogate and charge them for funding domestic terrorists. This would go for everyone involved top to bottom including the transportation companies heads down to the bus driver. Arrest Antifa and BLM members assaulting people, looting and burning.
