It’s not as simple as whether mail in ballots aren’t unconstitutional. The Governor and the PA Supreme Court added in tons of extras not found in Act 77, including: no signature verification, no postage date necessary, late ballots accepted, etc.

If the PA ruling comes down, why wouldn't MI and WI follow? None of those states segregated the ballots.
Where did you come up with that number? The fact is several counties in PA have not separated those ballots received after Election Day and have made no meaningful effort to identify them.
