Why does a mayor think he has more power than a governor or president? We have a county judge in my area that thinks he's a monarch. Dallas has a mandatory mask rule starting tomorrow and he tried extending the shelter order until 5/20, well past the date our governor's executive order gave. The order that gives him the authority to shut the city down btw, without it he can't.

It's same way you see ads pop up for stuff you talked about when your phone is around. Facebook isn't directly recording or listening to your conversation but if you're logged into their app with the device it is listening for key words and will sell your contact info to companies they think might want to send you ads.
