They could be in the process of shoveling bodies into an oven and still not ask this question.

If you don't listen they'll start tying your garage door pulls in loops.

This sounds like working, I approve. In fact I have a tree I'll pay them to remove.

I doubt he's based. This is an antifa / blm tactic to protect rioters from identification. Not that CNN isn't trash but this guy is more than likely not a good actor.

The thing is asphyxiation can be caused by different things, it essentially just means you're not getting enough oxygen.

Fentanyl causes asphyxiation for example. Being suffocated can also cause it. So when the medical examiner says he was asphyxiated its the technical term which the media then takes and spins it to mean the common use of the term, which is being choked.

Perhaps they think that Chauvin's knee contributed to that effect, its very possible it did but it will be hard to deny that the drugs also caused asphyxiation and to what degree of each will be hard to determine. For example, if Floyd is OD'ing and asphyxiating because of those drugs kneeling on his neck and back even a little may be inappropriate, may limit his breathing when he needs maximum breathing capabilities. It also may be that no matter what happens he's going to die even with CPR and perfect breathing. The reality is somewhere between that spectrum of the knee causing death and the knee not mattering at all. Where exactly the truth lies is subjective and its easy to criticize after the fact.

The jury will have to believe that his knee was clearly on the "caused" it side of the line. As in, if he hadn't kneeled on him then Floyd would be alive today... We shall see.

I think they're saying "if you don't give us justice then we will not give you peace" either way they are declaring their intent to not be peaceful.

Can't even keep their narrative self-consistent in the same paragraph.

"no justice, no peace" strikes me as being straight up terroristic when it's issued essentially as a threat.

It's increased by 200k the last two years but this year by 600k. So that's an uptick in the rate by a considerable amount.

There's probably multiple explanation but it does appear that there was an extra new factor causing deaths in excess of the expected increase.

Now, the demographics of who were affected is still important. Baby boomers are peaking so death rates will go up, maybe even accelerate, but that generation appears to be on the bubble of who is most vulnerable to such infections.

So in a way this is the baby boomers last gasp.

There is some amount of this but the all causes is up enough to be unlikely it was only this.

That's a narrative they push. Keep the poors happy with their lot and oblivious of how bad they're getting fucked.

Can I get a link to a source? I got so many people who said tarrifs were stupid and I'd like to rub this in.
