This has been floating around since being introduced by House Democrats in 2019. Not surprisingly, almost every element of it is unconstitutional as it either infringes on the constitutional rights of the states, infringes on the powers granted to the Supreme Court by the constitution, or infringes on the constitution itself. It passed the House but was tabled by McConnell who refused to ever bring it to the same Senate floor that all of our Senators were hugging during the epic Pearl Harbory Battle of Capitol Hill three weeks ago.

Will it pass the House again this year? Yes, but barely. Will it pass the Senate? Highly unlikely as all the GOP globalist sellouts will not vote for it along with Manchin, Sinema, and possibly Gabbard. Even if this turd passed, it would face massive and numerous legal challenges from every party it aggrieves, which is essentially everyone.

It's turning into a great site. Hopefully as more people flock to it, the number of interests, groups, etc will grow. Right now it's politics, politics, politics, but even that is changing.

Wait, I thought Tom Brady was getting ready for a playoff game? Is the season already over? When did he get elected to Congress? Who are you people? Where the hell am I? Why am I yelling?

I was just talking about this with some coworkers. Biden was always both the dumbest man in Washington and in whatever room he ever blundered into while the misfit salad that is his children is a testimony to his character. Having said that, what the Democrat Partei, the Oligarchs, Wall Street, Big Tech, Big Business, and the Deep State are doing with and to that man is despicable. Maybe I'm projecting, but the hatred and loathing I sensed from Harris towards him through her body language is astounding. Caesar surrounded by corrupt Senators and craven Preatorians? It's not going to end well for him.

Well, most comment sections are super spreader events, so I completely understand why he is shutting them down. Gotta bend the curve! Hopefully they will all become Tier 1 or Orange by June, but that's dependent on if the comments sections are limited to 25% capacity and observe social distancing.

"Based Beaners"! Hahahahahaha Anyway, I get what some people are saying based on the craptacular dumpster fire that California has turned into. But seriously, some of these comments are just ignorant of what is actually happening in South Texas. I work with a large number of dudes from "The Valley" and I would say probably 75% are big "America First" types. The same with the Vietnamese I work with. Could it be specific to the industry I work in? Possibly. But 41% of Hispanics in Texas voted for Trump. To be honest, the biggest threat to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are woke, White, American Millennials.

Well, he was faltering in the approval numbers before approval number counting was halted. Then, miraculously around 4 am millions of positive approval numbers were found! I am now proud to announce that our POTATUS has the highest approval numbers in history!

Exactly. It's more political theater by the elite class to make Trump toxic and instead, like all the Democrats' stupid fantasies and moronic ideas from the very first day that wretched party was created, has blown up in their faces. Trump is more popular and more epic because of their insipid impeachments, Big Tech censorship, and corporate media cheerleaders than ever. We are a movement and we are now starting to act like it.

He is incorrect. Impeachment, per the Constitution as it pertains to the President of the United States, is designed for the removal of a sitting President from office. And in general, all impeachments are designed to remove an occupant from elected office for crimes and misdemeanors.

Impeachment 2.0 – No, the Senate cannot convict Trump after he leaves office.

Maybe the DOJ will label us a "cartel" and do the same? #operationFastAndFurious

The Russians love trolling these stupid liberals and their romantic view of Communism. Whenever it's the Democrat side of the Uniparty's turn to shit on America, er, occupy the White House, the Russians always turn them into epic memes without much effort.

Right on cue. Cheney, Crenshaw, et al will all be sending out follow-up Tweets about how Biden will destroy the economy, harm "hard working Americans", blah, blah, blah and only THEY can stop this destruction of our beloved democracy and it's sacred, moist, fleshy Congressional chambers. But to do so, you must ACT NOW and donate to the RNC!

Cocaine Mitch did more than anybody to scuttle Trump's America First agenda, backstab Trump, and get a globalist Wall Street puppet and compromised CCP simp into the White House to pursue the very same policies Mitch now claims will hurt all those "American workers" he's so concerned about.

Fuck the GOP.

Ok, I'm going to be that guy: what is POTATUS?

It's a fracking ban on Federal Land. Almost all fracking is performed on private land by private companies. This is simply a return to the glorious Obama Error, er, Era. Just like killing the Keystone XL project (which only benefits Warren Buffet who owns the rail lines/rail companies), it's typical Democrat virtue signaling to their moonbat base of Gaia worshippers and Forest Shamans. It does nothing to stop the transfer of oil from Canada to gulf coast refineries but does everything to destroy Middle Class jobs and wealth while simultaneously increasing the chance of an environmental "holocaust" occurring due to train derailment. But more importantly the inherent inefficiency and exorbitant costs of rail transfer vs pipeline transfer takes care of Wall Street and a multi-billionaire DNC mega-donor. You can't fix stupid or greed when it comes to Biden and the Democrats...or the donor class...or the Chamber of Commerce...or the GOP Establishment...or...

And what was the name of Han Solo's ship, the one that could do the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs? Firefly?

I could almost visualize Joe Biden saying that in Peter Cushing's voice as he sits in his Star Chamber surrounded by sycophants, but then the slurring, repeating, and dazed appearance ruined the moment.

But...but...what about muh impeachments? How we going to have muh impeachments if the House isn't in session because Pelosi still hasn't transmitted it to the Senate? Is Biden going to do muh impeachments with an Executive Order?

Unceasing legal actions undertaken by Democrat climate change alarmists, environmental extremists, moon worshippers, Native Americans claiming the pipeline will disrupt their spirit quests or something. Total clown show. And since Warren Buffet is heavily invested in railways/rail lines, I'm sure he had some influence in keeping the project in litigation as well. The stupid thing is the oil will still be transported to gulf coast refineries by rail, but at a heightened environmental hazard compared to pipeline transport and at much higher costs. But at least Warren will make lots of money, money that will no doubt find its way into DNC coffers.
