The problem is that all those "green" wind turbines, solar panel farms, and electric car batteries are made in China. Sure, the installation of those items will be performed by "Americans", but those "Americans" will be mostly illegal immigrants posing as unskilled laborers. To maximize profits, corporations and field contractors will implement shift work and eliminate overtime by reducing the work week to 32 hrs. And as for that sweet, sweet $15/hr minimum wage, that will be paid for with government subsidies (because "Green Energy") and reduced/eliminated benefits.
So the overall impact on the economy will be negative as large corporations will profit while the average American will starve. Yet even with the Californification of the economy and a return of the 70's era "Misery Index", Biden, or whatever's left of him, will still win re-election because of fraud. It's a pretty dark and grim Children of Men future.
