Ughhhh my neighbor, who I have nicknamed the Mayor due to her trying to be involved in everyone's business, just caught me as I was exiting my car - she told me she hadn't seen me in a while (that is not by chance, believe me) and immediately, without knowing where I stand politically, began to tell me how much she hates Trump because he "lets Putin and Kim Jong Un tell him what to do" - that he "made fun of a handicapped person at a press conference" - "has lied over 2,000 times" -- and that he is "LITERALLY Hitler" - I informed her that we are all entitled to our opinions but wanted to ask her one question:
I asked her if Trump’s being President affected her in any negative way - she looked flabbergasted and replied, sheepishly, “No” - then said “But, he is still Hitler”.
She then tried to get me to bad mouth one of our other neighbors who I am friends with - I told her I am friends with the couple and they are great people - once I said that she had nothing left to say

I have told him repeatedly I do not want to discuss politics as I feel it will ruin our friendship
Rather than listening to me, he repeatedly sends messages me how Trump has no chance with these lawsuits and just sent me a link to an article about Daryl Brooks being a registered sex offender and that Trump and his legal team are "pathetic" -- I have not responded to any of these messages over the past few weeks
Do I continue not responding? Do I just blast him with links to all the "glitches" and fraud that is easily seen? Are any of my fellow pedes dealing with a family or friend like this?
