I feel your pain, Brother!
I never lost power, but I've got a broken pipe and had to shut off the water on Tuesday. No telling if any underground pipes may have busted, as it froze again last night.
Renewables are cool for us 99% of the time, but we can't depend on them in these conditions AT ALL. This extreme weather just can't handle not having the extra boost. We need plants outside the big cities to add reactors. We may want to think about an interchange with the other grids to sell off surplus power when we don't need it and possibly get some when we do.
My uncle's generator caught fire last night and he has 2nd and 3rd degree burns from trying to put it out. 4 hours in the ER and he will likely need some skin grafts. All things considered, he's pretty lucky, as it definitely could've been worse.
Sent my note off this afternoon. Hoping it gets there by Monday!
They keep putting out articles on how she was a conspiracy nut (Q, etc). As if her personal beliefs somehow takes away her right to not be murdered in cold blood.

He had just gotten into an accident, so his mind was probably not clear yet. And if he was trying to avoid the rioters in the first place, he could also have had adrenaline dump at the same time. I've had it before and it isn't fun. The body feels fatigued and there is a lack of mental clarity.
This really feels like it has gone beyond Trump Derangement Syndrome. In that first bit, her list of things he has "lied about". Those "facts" can either be debunked or was something Obama had already done (cages). The porn star? Who the fuck cares?? Nobody is fucking perfect. I don't need my leader to be either. All I care about is: Does he get shit done that is in the best interest of our Nation? Awesome. I'm voting for him again.
