It seems debotnet was discontinued almost 2 years ago, but the alternatives linked on the github seem interesting if you use Windows. I personally switched over to Linux as I don't believe Windows can ever truly have all of its telemetry gutted out without breaking the OS. I mean the start menu literally sends how many times you open it to Microsoft

I would recommend a Linux desktop environment with a "wayland" compositor, as that should allow you have independent refresh rates. I haven't actually tested it myself, as I only have a single monitor

I notice that people write comments like this off so easily now. It's as if Anaconda's only purpose is to poison certain ideas deemed 'not suitable'', so the only thing recognized in the end are comments that go with the most popular narrative at the time...
