I work in SEO and i think if a lot of the dislikes came from people who only opened 5 seconds of the video and gave it a dislike and closed it... I could almost agree they are not real dislikes.
in short, google does see engagement and non-engaged dislikes are likely to look like bot downvotes.
not trying to gaslight here pedes, just giving you tips to be more natural
