Hey here's an idea, how about calling out the few asshats instead of trying to blame an entire group. Otherwise you sound like a leftist calling all of us nAzIs for disagreeing with them

See how he's calling out a person by name as opposed to blaming "Jews"? That's the answer. George Soros is a villain. Call out bad people

There are a lot of people out there, or even here in this community, who just keep talking about Jews as a group being behind everything. When you make the religion the sole identity of people and can't disassociate them with a group, that's where the antisemitism comes in. Those people are trying to make antisemitism into another of the currently overused terms

You seem to be ignorant to the fact that many Jews and their families have been here since before Israel was a country. You are right that this is OUR country, as Americans. So act like American

I know a fair few and none of them are in positions of power of any of that. It's funny when historically some professions were deemed as sinful, like banking and loans, so the immigrant Jews moved in and did those jobs. But now it's "how dare some Jews be wealthy" from the bank they are behind?

There's a lot of bad people in the world in every group of people. Don't demonize all based on the few. Open your own eyes

I know you're having an off day with reading, but it's ok. We can all have off days

It's clearly written you aren't speaking about all Jews. Yet time and time again where I say just call out the individuals and stop making it about many Jews or a lot of Jews, you choose to go to insults. You are seemingly trying to make an enemy where there doesn't need to be one. If you want to double down on stupid that's your business. Some people just don't want to be helped

Haha much for the civility from before. You're the only one claiming what Jews represent. I'm saying don't claim it to be the majority when it's a minority. No need to project

I'm telling you you're easily pushing people away who could otherwise be by your side, and your response is to call me a "fucking jackass". Seems that message isn't going to sink in here. I've quite literally said that it's better to discuss the individuals and not label the group as you have. But somehow that means I'm using identity politics? Again, no need to project, you're literally making it about the Jews

If you want to call out individuals, I'm right there with you. Otherwise no need to continue, I'm not for targeting groups that have both good and bad. Sorry you've had a bad day dude or dudette, hope it gets better for you

Lol no. But good to know you are the one shutting down the dialog when it doesn't completely align with you

Never claimed you said all, but you continue to speak about the majority. What I'm saying is you'd get more people to agree with you if you don't generalize as much. You and I may agree and have a similar goal, but you'll push me away speaking about a majority when it isn't the case. Call out individuals

Those people you are speaking about may be Jews, but that's not what defines them. If you look at anyone and only see Jew or any race or religion, then you are your biggest enemy

You have a nice day too

Is that the majority of the Jews in the world? (No it's not if you need assistance with the answer). Btw in case you missed it, we are having dialog and no one's trying to stop it

Why are so many Jews not doing the brain trusts behind these movements? Why do the majority of Jews not fund those movements? Cause it's not the Jews is a small group of people who happen to be Jewish. That's not the sole defining factor of them

You could make the same claim about any group of people on any number of things. That's not the defining factor of those crazies, crazy is crazy. Call out the bad individuals, but it shouldn't become about the identify they are a part of. I've gotten enough crap from the left for voting for Trump, don't need people on the right trying to blame the assholes in any group on me and mine. Don't fall into the leftist identity politics and fall into their trap

Making it sounds like Jews as a whole are behind all of that as a group sounds a lot like this one guy who lead Germany some decades ago. Maybe you're familiar with that story? Or like South Africa blaming whites for all their issues, that's not going too well right now. Blame individuals, not Jews or whites or blacks or whatever

You know, when you speak about a group and only focus on the issues or concerns you may have, you're doing the same as the crazy leftists against whites. So don't start painting Jews in any light when there are a bunch who feel differently

Sorry you've only met schmucks and can't see past that

People of any background on the left are doing this. My coworkers know my general stance and some of them are completely the opposite so in general we don't talk politics. However when one of them tried to make this argument I nuked her from orbit to the point where the rest of the lefties in the group told her she was in the wrong. Surprisingly she's still the only Venezuelan I know who leans left after everything going on there that she had to run from

Sorry about your friends, they are morons

I'm not going to argue that specific Jews have come to power in varying fields, but it's also undeniable that Jews are on both sides of American politics even with publications. I'm not in control of any media and don't know any who are. The situation with the mother who defended her family has nothing to do with Jews. This is just going out of the way to argue that Jewish control of papers are against her when that isn't really relevant

Lots of Jews are growing disenfranchised by the left and the blatant antisemitism that has been festering there. Why try to push them right back?

And did you see link on that page for a website url of "fuckthejews", cause that's not really helping either

What's the need for the stars of David

First and foremost, you do whatever you think is right for you in your life. If you have looked through the religions and found something that resonates better with you, I'm happy you've found peace

Please don't generalize about the rest. Do I know some Jews like what you say? Of course. Do I know people of any race, religion, creed, etc like that? SO MANY MORE. There are "good" and "bad" in any group, and you can find the same with Baptists or any sect of Christianity. Judge people as people, keep the religion separate. This post alone can be seen as narcissistic and self righteous, if you want to take on a new chapter in your life practice what you preach. Realize that "your kind" might not be Jews as a whole. People can find issues with any religion, easy to see how some sects of Christianity have twisted the Jewish teachings of Jesus. People mess up a lot of things haha

Lots of Jews here in the states are for Trump, and more are getting unplugged from the media and learning the good he does. You don't have to think a certain way due to a religion, sounds like your parents just don't want to learn new perspectives. Many Jew-ish Jews might be the ones you're used to, but the Jewish people maybe not

All the best to you on your journey. I fear it may be a difficult thing for your family. I have a relative who converted to Catholicism because it was important for the partner to be married in the church. Here's my advice: be honest and open about it. They may disagree, they may not like it. But hiding it and letting it come out later can hurt people a lot more. You couldn't trust them, and they might then think they can't trust you. Good luck mate
