Sorry, Missing something. If if fact there were watermarks on the ballots then a simple pre scan monitored by a demo and repub to throw out fake ballots. Greater than 5% then the WHOLE ELECTION FOR THE STATE IS THROWN OUT. Yea, that includes all the other local issues, house and senate, EVERTHING. Then, at the cost to the state you redo the election with IN PERSON, DIPPED FINGER IN INK, PAPER BALLOTS. If mail in then require the two reps Demo/Repub present to inspect the ballots. They can be in cat 4 MOP gear or space suits for all I care but we need a FAIR ELECTION.
