Jordan should have expected that answer, as a matter of rules it is not Fauci's position. Just as it isn't Barr's place to save Obamacare or not, as a lawyer. This is just banging one's head against a wall, and won't persuade as many as possible. Raising your voice almost to yelling in a hearing also is only good if used sparingly, not every single time you are trying to signal your superiority.

How does he not have a follow up question that draws a line from Fauci's "recommendations" to the laws that get put in place that his constituents have to live under.
