Yep, the judge will be hand picked, evidence will be ignored, it will be a kangaroo court so they can write a headline like: "Giuliani reemed in court for lying about voting machines, now owes Dominion a billion dollars." Supreme Court will choose not to hear the case if it ever makes it to them, and that will be the end.

People that get arrested get put in handcuffs, informed of why they are under arrest, told their rights, and then they are taken to a jail cell to await a trial or brought before a judge.
