Is this the bill that completely robs us of all rights I just heard about?

Being charged is fine, but this hasn’t been properly fought and tested. I mentioned to someone else, I’m only familiar with cases where people anre arrested when they go up to the instigator and assault them. You can’t legally do that. Now, if they come up to you and blast into your direction, you absolutely have the right to protect yourself. This needs to be fought. For states that do not allow self defense, fight fire with hotter fire. You should know your state’s laws to know which action to take and be prepared for. Emphasis is to be prepared for this, which means you should fully expect it.

Speech itself has no harm, unless we consider it an illegal use of call to action. The intent here isn’t to drown out with their own speech. The action of going up to people’s heads and blasting noise into their ear is technical assault. It’s not my problem that people don’t act on it. All examples that I know of where people attacked those making noise involved good individuals who naively walked up to the individual and then attacked. If they come up to you and do this into your ear, it’s assault.

Why does nobody do anything? I see this shit all the time in videos and wonder where the men are. Hearing damage is absolutely possible, and you have that coupled with intent. I’m sure a very real application of disturbing the peace can be applied here as well, if not by some other name. Someone want to explain how I’m wrong here?

No, he really looks about 15-20 lbs lighter than from a few weeks ago.

Did he lose a massive amount of weight in a short period of time?

I disagree with this view. We’ve been tricked into pacifying ourselves, even those on our side that are considered valued thinkers. This is how they will win. We will whimper with our fists clenched as everything folds from our inaction. The problem is t that Jan 6 happened. The problem is what wasn’t done.

This is true. With fiat currency, you can print all the money you’d like, but it will equally lose purchasing power in relation to that increase in printed money.

Yes, darker colors absorbs more heat, which can affect many things. When you think of dark colored planes, most people think military. Yes, those colors were not only tested, but the properties that make up the paint is not what would be used on any civilian aircraft. This sounds silly to most on the surface, but it does matter.

Going to need a LOT more evidence than slapping some names on text. If this were true, it would spread like wildfire. My skepticism of this is pretty high. If true though, what the hell are people waiting for? Don’t wait for the police. Citizens need to arrest them.

It can only be “legally binding” through enforcement, not constitutional authority. We all know this, but will do nothing to stop it.

Guess the site no longer is updated? What happened to its operator?

You’re both wrong and right. There are in fact a lot of low IQ people here, but that’s the same for any Internet forum. Though you don’t strictly say it, you appear to imply through sentiment that there is a higher ratio of low IQ people on this site as opposed to others, and a commonality of bigotry against blacks suggestively proves this.

That’s where I think you get it wrong. Harboring negative views against a race based on commonalities between its people you find harmful or incompatible with your values isn’t low IQ. You can develop these thoughts and views regardless of your IQ, as the depth of your justification is only reliant on the rigor of your assessment. You can hate people for very thought out reasons, or for only a perception that may or may not be accurate.

Are there people here who thought this automatically was about a specific racial group? Sure. Are there people here that didn’t think that, but would also be reasonable enough to associate this towards the same racial groups based on empirical and measurable data? Absolutely. You can do that and not be hateful at the same time.

This is the problem with so many conservatives, regardless of his personal affiliation. There is such a misplaced idea in what is considered “the right thing” that should be done.

No it’s not. I’ve literally been working outside all day, and I’m closer. You might have the bug that’s been going around. Whole family got it, and two of my kids are at the tail end of being sick from last week.

This. They want to gather data. Instigating the US into exposing capabilities is a bonus.

So, a prop? I love the suggestion.
