Agreed. People shouldn’t be happy or sad about it, but acknowledge how removed from the real world many adults and current youth are. His parents clearly failed him. While he’s responsible as an adult for his actions, we can empathize to at least a small extent. What can we expect from a failure of child rearing if not this?
That’s fine. Let people do what they want. The problem isn’t that. The problem here is that a huge percentage of those on the right are very well aware regarding what they are supporting when watching the game. However, they are purposefully ignoring the consequences of those decisions for temporary entertainment. The hypocrisy is bad enough from the left. We need to keep our own in check not so we can be tyrants in our own regard, but iron sharpening iron. We need to stay vigilant and be well informed with what we’re supporting with our time and money. The reality is that avoiding spending either towards some left leaning organization is near impossible, but we make the sacrifices we can, and stay as conscious about things as much as we’re able. My family shops at Target, Walmart, Apple, and other companies as little as possible, with a very strong and conscious effort focused on that avoidance. Thing is, we do need to buy various things from time to time. The easiest sacrifice isn’t where you buy your bread, but where you spend your money and time towards raw entertainment. That is well within your control, and for that are more egregious in the transgression against any claimed beliefs or values.

I get how you concluded what you did, but you’re wrong. I was on YouTube for a channel I frequent, and there it was. Yeah, you can pass similar criticism on the use of YouTube, but not everyone has transferred to another platform yet. Many of my favorites are doing just that, but transitions take more time than you’re giving grace towards.
You could try listening to better music genres. Like, literally anything else.
