And I think you're forgetting about the bureaucracy that impedes everything substantial Trump tried to do. Trump ordered declassification and how did that go? The swamp runs deep. Yeah, Trump could have done something if everything wasn't so corrupt, but if things weren't so corrupt it's unlikely he would have needed to do anything.
And if the military isn't standing with you then that still wouldn't matter because 90% of the population wouldn't be willing to fight that kind of fight. People don't want that kind of disruption when they're comfortable. As long as there is food on the table and all of the creature comforts we're accustomed to then nobody will do shit. And the few who might would be stomped out quick. If people were ready to do something they wouldn't be waiting for anyone to tell them. So again, there was nothing he could do.

They've stolen the presidency, they then stole the Georgia runoffs, they installed a Chinese puppet that is ruling by executive orders, they're now trying to impeach Trump a second time just to prevent him from being elected again, they're censoring conservatives more and more by banning them on social media and having conservative competitors like Parler completely shut down, and the list goes on and on. So yeah, I don't think anyone is going to do anything or would do anything until things get much worse. People will put up with a lot of bullshit while they're comfortable. I think if they come for the guns, then that'll likely be the straw that breaks the camel's back, but until then people will continue to take it because reasonable people don't want a civil war and are hoping for a peaceful alternative.
