How about... instead of saying "only men can vote" or "no women can vote", we simply have there be some kind of condition to be able to vote. Say, for example, having served active duty for a minimum amount of time. So people can earn their right to vote instead of having a bunch of spoiled shitheads voting no matter their gender.
