This is the same conclusion I've come to. We're puppets and have been defeated via foreign policy's impact on our local policy making.

100% is a very bold claim to make. I'd say claiming clairvoyance is a Satanic practice. I'm not promoting Pfizer either, I haven't had the vaccine either so save me the schizo rant.

Life is full of risks. Most people quite rightly take the risk of buying a first home or taking on a mortgage to get their foot in the door. Most people who have savings aren't expecting to have to do their whole life over and most people don't save up for a spare house just in case the government goes full dictatorship, in which case you're not really in control of what's happening anyway.

You seem delusional about what real life entails.

Have you ever worked?

Most people don't "choose a job". It's an obligation not a favourite hobby. Most people work because of their family or bills they have to pay to survive. For most people if they did not "choose a job", they would have no life and no family.

For America the situation seems to vary, unfortunately for me they have mandated it in pretty much every industry and they are basically making it impossible to operate if you don't mandate within your business even if not required. It's insane.

point is, its the individuals fault for allowing themselves to become creatively lazy and financially vulnerable

Ok, but nobody is perfect and you can't account for all situations. Saving up money is great. I think we should be more ready. But don't forget that countries like China exist where they can simply take your money.

We are already complying with tyranny. Good for those families, but let's really look at what you're saying. Some of those families will be having to give up their home, default on the mortgage, lose all their life savings, be homeless, possibly have their children taken from them. Don't act like everyone is in the position to be able to do that.

You fuck off. I'm taking a stand, I'm not vaccinated. Name one human conglomerate in history that was not subjected to tyranny at least once. "Don't comply" is not as easy as it sounds in the face of totalitarianism. People who have no options and are subjected to tyranny are not sheep.

I haven't had the vaccine so save your hysterical screeching for somebody else. I don't think you understand the concept of losing your entire life savings, your only (and first home), your stable career (with few to little options to shift) and becoming homeless with small children and babies.

This is a tyranically government action. People will suffer just like people did when they were thrown into gulags. We aren't talking about financial inconvenience here we are talking about ruin.

There are risks to the shot, sure. I don't want it. But don't act like it's 100% death each time. We don't know that yet. Frankly I am worried about that but I am more worried about the long term implications for liberty.

Actually in terms of my country nearly every industry is now mandated.

Even if you want to swap jobs, you'll have about a week to get it all organised. Then they will probably mandate or run your new job into the ground.

If you've got a mortgage, kids to feed etc, you can't always afford to "get a new job", it's not that simple. Picking up some random work doesn't support a family and pay all the bills.

Being financially destitute is close to death. Your family could die or end up separated if you become homeless. It's dishonest to suggest that all people getting the vaccine will die, so don't appeal to emotion.

It's obviously a horrible situation and very unfair. I'm not "vaccinated" but you are way oversimplifying a complex issue to make yourself seem holier than thou.

I would rather sell the house and work at McDonald's than die from the jab.

You can't work at McDonalds. Not here anyway. Wake up this is not a simple situation.

therighteousdontfear -3 points ago +12 / -15

I have no sympathy for people who take the jab to "save their jobs" so they can provide for their family.

I have no sympathy for people who mock families who have no other option but to comply with a coercive order. Do you know how hard it is to raise a family and provide for all the bills a family incurs? It's not some simple case of swapping jobs. It's not a 100% chance of death so your framing is nonsense.

I suppose you have no idea what it's like to have responsibilities, financial obligations, family or other people to pay for?

What do you say to people who just bought a house or took on a mortgage? Throw it all away?

Will you be there to pick up the pieces for them? Will you help them raise their babies when they are homeless?

You need to understand that people are being forced to do this. Stop being a smug cunt.

Carving up a turkey and then roasting it seems wrong to me. Just not in the spirit of a proper roast.

Hmmm...I still remember how much of a tosser this guy was after Jan 6.

Yet none of this is a joke. It's all happening.

Well, this is the issue. I've laid out the problem on the table and told my wife. Been through what we can for now. The government is being very, very cruel to even make us consider this evil edict.

2
therighteousdontfear 2 points ago +2 / -0

I can't understand why any of you still support these trashy "sports". I cant think of a single sportsman that I would be inclined to follow that doesn't come from some sort of "woke" team that completely opposed me and my values.

1
therighteousdontfear 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not discrediting your advice, but if I did that not only would I lose my life savings but probably all the money that I have left too and end up with no home at tbe end of it. My mortgage is just a few months old and the property ladder was expensive to begin with.

It makes you gay if you stand outside of a shower with a towel waiting to do your "Dad duty", sure. No-ones saying you have to shower with your kids. But if you're going to choose a wierd ass scenario to try to make it sound like you're not insecure about nudity in your family unit then it gets suspicious. I would say why not just let the mother dry the kids off too? Why come up with a bizzare cover story?
