no, you can do entire batches at once. the original intention was that when a batch B is junk, the adjudicator could separate it into two batches B1, and B2 manually by candidate and run through each. then set B1 to one candidate and B2 to the other.

electors have to be accepted by both the house and the senate, one by one.
the speaker of the house (pelosi) can quash objections from the house, but for the senate, it's not the senate majority leader (mcconnell) who runs the session... it's the VP as the VP is the president of the senate. this means if even 1 senator objects and stands his ground, the VP can reject that elector or accept another elector.
at that point, it means either:
- pence is swamp, rejects the objection, and biden wins.
- literally 100% of senators are swamp, pence gives up, biden wins.
- at least one senator is not swamp, pence stands firm and rejects the fraudulent EC votes and accepts the alternate EC votes, trump wins right then and there.
- literally 100% of senators are swamp, pence goes into uncharted territory, and either chooses the alternate electors for trump making trump win and lawsuits would undoubtedly ensue, or he rejects the fraudulent EC votes and we go to a house delegation vote (more on this below).
- at least one senator is not swamp, pence stands firm and rejects the fraudulent EC votes, but doesn't replace them with the alternates. this goes to a house delegation vote.
in all cases, a house delegation vote occurs if neither biden nor trump have the necessary 270 EC votes to win. in a house delegation vote, each state gets a single vote, likely at or near party lines. reps dominate the house in most states, so suddenly trump wins 30-19.

it's pure hot garbage. i've got multiple friends working at hospitals and they all say the same thing...
yes, they technically are at or near 100% capacity. but that's extremely misleading on its own.
the relief bills pay the hospitals to treat covid patients, so basically every respiratory illness is being labeled as covid. if you have barely any symptoms, they will take you in and fill a bed. and if you check in with a respiratory condition and don't have covid yet, they are effectively keeping people in wings that practically guarantee you'll get it, so you'll become a covid patient if you're not already one.
so if you're a hospital administrator, you can either have 20-40% occupancy honestly, or you can "be extra precautious" and crank to 100% capacity... and the taxpayer will foot the bill for someone with the sniffles.
the difference is that pushing all the evidence through courts and everyone seeing just how deep the corruption runs is exactly the spark that causes We The People the corrupt system to the ground.
