Never thought about Robert de Niro at all. Saw how crazy he went when Trump was president, now I'm pretty sure he must be a pedo.

Hey Ben Collins. Eat shit you fucking loser. Just because morons on Twitter like you it doesn't mean you're not a piece of shit

Are they going to be able to run all the shenanigans just as easily as last time? Do you not think more eyes are going to be on them?

Obviously there will be fuckery but will it be exactly the same as 2020? Obviously not.

McConnell, who had a falling out with Trump over the ex-president's false fraud claims, had previously not commented on the raid. McConnell waited until just over 24 hours to respond.

They just can't help themselves. It adds nothing to the paragraph other than inputting your bias when you write something like this. They may truly 100% believe that there was no election fraud, but then that just shows how stupid you are.

It's also that look at how they've convinced the country of how Jan 6th went down. If Trump did anything more and somehow was in office right now, the world would be against him.

Instead we have people waking up left and right while this shit show is unravelling. Not sure which scenario is better but I know it was never as simple as "Trump didn't do enough!"

Those people will likely always be absolutely insane. Nothing you can do about that. The center is what's important, and you're right. There's a big, permanent shift to the right that's happening with all the bullshit that's going on. They of course know that though, so scheme for it every single day

Yup. Any company that throws us under the bus because they think it will make them money, but it ends up losing them money, forever deserves what they get.

Boycotting is tough but it's gotta be done. We can't just forgive them

There's a difference between calling someone out who's clearly a leftist, and talking in a childish way that's similar to how teenagers do online in order to one up each other.

You're either trolling or you're a total retard

This is a place for adults. Why are you talking like a retard in a Facebook argument?

The thing you don't understand is that it's not the action of having to wear a mask that is the problem. It's the fact that the [actual] science behind mask-wearing is completely ignored/censored, and the bullshit arbitrary rules that we've been forced to follow are inconsistent.

If I'm not allowed to question whether 3 year olds should be wearing masks without being viciously called a bunch of insults by crazy leftists/the media/politicians, then they've lost ANY chance of me being sympathetic to their reasoning. Until we're able to honestly have those conversations they can fuck off

You should ask every time "do you still require me to be vaccinated?" And make sure they know that that's the reason you're not interested

think_for_yourselves 3 points ago +3 / -0

Because if this happened under a maga president they would be non stop talking about how the world is ending because we're in a recession

1
think_for_yourselves 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yup. The second the media told them he was mean (and therefore everyone at the water cooler was saying "omg can you believe what trump did?") they just followed like sheep

Getting people to condemn violence is a tool. Remember when they didn't stfu about Charlottesville and kept asking Trump about white supremacy? He answered the first time but they kept asking and asking and asking.

This is to:

  1. create an unconscious link between Trump and white supremacy 2)frustrate him so that he eventually doesn't answer so they can say "Trump refuses to condemn white supremacy!!!"

They're fucking evil, and it works. I've seen first hand people fall for it. He condemned it on day 1 but they still brainwashed millions with that both sides nonsense

A book about 10 year olds sucking each other's dicks in the bushes?

I have [former] friends that smugly say that this whole issue is just fox news viewers getting riled up over nothing. They have no idea exactly how bad it is. Because obviously their news sources don't give them the truth.

It's a major culture difference. People in other countries think differently. It's ingrained over their entire lives.

Convincing a European that guns are necessary is as hard a task as trying to convince a democrat they've been duped.

They have pretty big boots to fill, that's for sure

1
think_for_yourselves 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's disappointing to hear. I won't judge too hard as there many people on our side that do/say/believe dumb shit sometimes.

1
think_for_yourselves 1 point ago +1 / -0

What makes you say that? I used to hear them in the radio sometimes and I always thought they made a lot of sense

think_for_yourselves 8 points ago +8 / -0

Feel the exact same way. So many people just do not understand the shift that had happened on a societal level. When something like this happens to you personally, it's impossible to forget. I'm forever changed, and really fucking bitter

Current day media uses a handful of comments or tweets in their articles and uses them as if they're relevant. You ever seen the aids that is a news article that has a bunch of embedded tweets from complete nobodies? If there are thousands of comments, then picking 4 out is meaningless.

Imagine being a reporter for the Washington post. I can't imagine anything more embarrassing.
