Me and my brother are looking at starting up a new small business; something that we've been talking about for a while. While looking at leasing, i'm a bit confused. They show the price per sq ft, but is that by year? or month?
Example: This one location i'm looking at is doing $30 per sq ft.
I'm looking at 1600 sq ft for our business, maybe larger.
That puts us at $48,000. Now is this paid yearly? Or is it divided into payments per month? 4800/12=4000.
This will be the first time i'm starting a business that i'm financing myself. I just want to know what i'm getting into before we start.
A little more info about us:
Both are disabled Vets
Brother studied at a Chef college in a different country.
Will be making food unique to that country, along with other dishes.
Any help or information will be greatly appreciated.
