If they knew about Dominion and how it didn't work in 2016, I would think they would have looked at how it could have worked for Hillary using ballot dumps and plan to catch them at it.
Where could the Dominion fixing have been done? Centraized location? Different states assigned to different teams, then go straight to someone at the different counties they were targeting or a ringleader here in the states coordinating all?
