They are trying to get you to request one and that can only happen if you are registered. Florida ballots have a security feature so photo copies can be used. That's why all ballots are scanned to detect this feature. The fuckery happens when they fraudulantly switch your party (during a primary) or get an absentee ballot issued for you and you don't have it to surrender when you go to vote in person.
