Hi pedes,

I live in beautiful (...) San Francisco and have a fiance in the medical field. When I discuss Trump with her, she always asks me about Trump's plan to reduce costs for homeless. My understanding of how the system works is that hospitals are required to take in homeless that are dying by federal law and the cost is pushed out to the taxpayer in any case.

I know Trump's general plan for healthcare is to create a competitive market to reduce insurance prices. What is his plan to reduce the amount of tax money spent on homeless people and give them coverage so that they can get taken care of before they develop expensive problems? Is there a source I can read on this?
