They are devices that you have to carry with you. They are designed to track machinery and inventory. But now they use to track people, so that they can tell if you were in close proximity with rona. --- They literally have a computer screen with a map of the entire building, and dots on the screen where you are at all teams. -- They bought them for the pandemic, but now that pandemic is almost over I guess, they came out recently saying that they would keep them because they serve a lot of other purposes that they like. --- Google Litum trackers and you will find their website.

The first bullet point was in reference to 'allyship' training they had us take. Essentially, it was training that taught you that if you tell a black man 'good job at using your computer' then you're a racist. Or, if you have two Asians on your team, and you mix their names up, you're racist. Or, if you say a girl on your team is 'nice' then you're a ageist and a sexist. ---- My comment was that the training puts these same very people down, it demotes them, because it assumes that blacks are dumb, etc. That it is a false representation of reality, and that whoever came up with it is a depraved individual.

Right. And I actually worked for National Financial Services. (Owned by Fidelity, does the clearing for Fidelity and many other firms that use its services.)
