PA provided unequal protection under the law - a 14th Amendment violation - by treating votes by mail unequally to votes in person, waiving required state law safeguards on mail in votes (disregarding signature checks), and illegally allowing partisan third-party Democrat groups to "cure" incomplete ballots while denying that same right to GOP groups. A 14th Amendment violation is squarely within SCOTUS' jurisdiction.
