I dont think it is that insidious. The urban Black community has a long and well documented history of hate crimes against asain people. This stuff has never stopped, it just gets a different type of media coverage meow. The majority of the conflict that I have seen since the 90's has been done to Asian owned businesses in predominantly black areas. Asians had a lot of issues with theft and violence at their establishment, they did what every reasonable person does after experiencing that, they profiled people and with good reason.

You are literally proposing the same type of audit that the government offered. Look at it this way:
You have 1000 "eligible" voters.
Standard turnout based on historical data is 60%
You now have up to 40% of those votes eligible for manipulation via algorithm.
You are going to inject enough votes so turnout looks like 85-90% turnout, it is a red flag but it is within the allowable limit so you will never get a court or anyone to allow you to investigate deeper because it is entirely possible that turnout is that high, just very improbable based off of historic data. (This is where they counter with the narrative that that many people hated Trump and turned out to vote against him). Pretty rock solid strategy.
If votes exceed the number of eligible voters, huge red flags go off. If this doesn't occur than no one bats an eye.
Let's say they decide to dig deeper and do your hand count. Okay. 1000 people are eligible to vote and we reported 850 votes. The hand count reveals that there was 760 votes. You have 90 votes that are unexplainable but it doesn't matter because it isnt enough to change anything. Now you cannot even sue to get more access because there is no injury, 90 votes cannot change the outcome.
Now amplify this strategy across the nation, shit adds up fast but when viewed in a compartmentalized fashion, fraud is never apparent in a way that you could ever do anything about it.
What your saying isn't wrong but it also wouldn't be possible to prove industrial levels of voter fraud. Also you have to remember that mail in ballots were used to backfill the votes that were created by machine manipulation, mainly because of the very thing you expressed. It would be extremely easy to prove fraud if candidate A got 500 votes but there were only 200 ballots, that is a big duh. What do you do when candidate A got 500 votes and the ballot image count is 495 and there truly are 498 physical ballots, no one bats an eye about that. Well now I have to explain where 300 magical ballots came from: voter rolls and historical voting data and unregulated mail in ballots. Voter rolls are full of ineligible voters, cross reference that with historical voting data to find people who never vote, receive mail in ballot with no way to prove who actually voted it, where there you go. Now I have to answer the question of how could they do this with enough accuracy and manpower. Glad you asked, they made a prediction, a well informed prediction based off of publicly available historical voting data, something used in politics for targeted political advertisement, and assume that GEOTUS will likely get 67 million so we need to make up just enough votes to win. Okay! Let's feed this data into our program and it will analyze the data and the machine will be able to skim and shift votes as necessary. FUCK!!!!! HOW THE FUCK DID HE GET 80 MILLION VOTES?!?!?! Now that is an underestimation. The mail in ballots we used to backfill the vote flipping. When a vote is flipped by a machine, it is done via database alteration. So now you have the problem that there isn't any physical ballot or ballot image for those newly created votes and that exposes you if people start to dig deep. You are right, the mail in voting was an important part but mainly to hide the rigging. They took 2010 census data, voter rolls, and historical voting data for people on the voter rolls, based off of this information they made an extremely well informed prediction of how many votes they would need to flip the election and ballots were mailed to fictitious voters so they would have the backfill to cover the machine fraud. They had one chink in the armor, GEOTUS had insane turnout numbers.
This is a huge 'oh shit' moment because the one variable they cannot control just bit them in the ass, this is why they stopped counting ballots each night, theu needed to create MORE votes to compensate for the extremely high turnout for GEOTUS. Let's welcome mass adjudication of ballots to the scene(this is what you are referring to). You now have to create votes out of nowhere because your algorithm can only work within the confines of the data it is fed, it can't create endless amounts of votes because it would be so obvious that you could see it from Mars. This is why you see Ruby and her daughter roll out the suitcases full of ballots, start scanning them bitches so we can make up the difference, the data analyst will tell us how many to scan and the new altered algorithm will adjust where the vote flipping occurred so you can mass adjudicate ballots in one jurisdiction without exceeding the number of registered voters which would draw intense scrutiny. Also, it is just fucking impossible to scan the needed amount of votes(roughly 13 million) because the machines simply cannot process that fast even under the best of conditions. However, you probably could scan and mass adjudicate 200k votes with a relatively small group over the course of a week or so.
I wouldn't underestimate the left when it comes to using technology in this fashion. Most technologist and software engineers hold lefty ideologies. They are MUCH better suited for something like this. It was a brilliant plan and would have been executed perfectly if GEOTUS hadn't turned out 80 million people.
