Well they were able to reach him, in person actually. That had a meeting with him and went into the details of a path forward. Pat Cipilioni(definitely spelled wrong) started a shit with them and tried to get them ejected, there was a pissed GEOTUS demanding to know why no one was looking into pursuing this route. After it was all said and done GEOTUS invited them to the personal residence for hours going over strategy. Trump fucked up, he listened to people who were trying to get him to concede.

That was the main focus of Rudy's strategy and look where that got us. His whole case was Equal Protection(mail in ballots via consent decrees, remote ballot dropboxes, ballot curing rules that came from consent decrees)and chain of custody.
Soon everyone will realize that there was no strategy utilizing the courts that would of worked. The fucking Supreme Court refused to hear a case that had solid precedent and they rejected original jurisdiction in the Texas case, it just wasn't ever going to happen through the courts, the bad actors knew this and they just wanted to run out the clock. Hell, the handful of cases that SCOTUS couldn't outright dismiss, they scheduled to hear after inauguration, ya know, when there would be no remedy.

Got an example of that? I read multiple affidavits of people who were former military(now private sector) cybersecurity experts who made a compelling case. If you are referring to the 'military analyst from the 305th....' let me save you the trouble because the affidavit was sound and it was the internet detectives who misrepresented that affidavit from here to China and back.

I would like to get a link if you have it. The only 'never certified' claims I have seen were accurate if taken in context. For example, many jurisdictions made last minute(almost literally) software updates without recertification, that is fact and would be considered a machine that was never certified. This 100% happened on quite a few occasions.

I think there may be a misunderstanding here. She is 100% correct when you take in account the context. It is true that everything was posted publicly as law requires but these deals were done illegally as the executive branch of the state can only execute laws(SoS) and the Judicial can only interpret laws. These were lawsuits from Stacey Abraham's group where they worked out settlements with the SoS and the court allowed it to happen even though state law explicitly went against the consent decrees. These people are ALL lawyers who are pretty well studied on election laws, if that doesn't scream backdoor deal then I do not know what does. Seriously, the SoS office could have easily defeated these lawsuits that led to these consent decrees if they wanted to, keyword being wanted.

I think you may not have read any of the damning affidavits from the handful of cyber security experts who laid it out pretty good. Most of the vote switching was done manually at the machine via adjudication to backfill for the data manipulation that happened, you have to have the same amount of ballot images as votes reported. Unencrypted SQL databases where intercepted, manipulated and forwarded. This is evident from the time stamps of the databases that was feed to Edison, you could actually see this in real-time if you watched any MSM show on election night. You remember the 3 am 'ballot dumps' from Nov 4th, it would be physically impossible to actually scan and adjudicate that many physical ballots. It was also discovered that someone was using 'virtual precincts' to monitor all the machines within their network so they could determine where and how to manipulate the databases(move votes) discretely, hello Antrim County. The other big thing was the Edison database showed fractional votes which is only possible through an algorithm. You remember all those emergency updates Dominion did is certain areas? Looks like it was to turn on the Rank Choice Voting feature or it is one helluva coincidence.
I can't remember all of the details but it looks like the hacking fuckery was used to skim votes from Trump. What they didn't expect was for GEOTUS to get such amazing turnout, sure fucks up the plan to use an algorithm whose only purpose is to discretely alter the calculating equations, then you run the risk of runaway vote totals. I personally believe that the hacking part was supposed to be strategic, minor, and discreet - adjudication was likely the main strategy because the evidence practically destroys itself once the ballot is scanned. I think that the machine strategy had stopped shortly after Nov. 7th and it switched into high gear on the adjudication method.
Read Patrick Byrnes book that goes over his experience during that time period. He is the one who was with Mike Flynn and Sidney Powell through all of it. His, Sidney, and Gen. Flynn assessment is that the biggest failure was not pursuing this thread because it gave him the perfect legal foundation for evoking the 2018 EO13xxx having to do with foreign interference in the election.
They were able to get into the white house and meet with GEOTUS in January and laid it all out. GEOTUS was passed because NO ONE in his circle(or WH legal counsel) had brought this to his attention. From Patrick, Sidney, and Mike Flynn opinion it was Rudy who fucked it all up because he kept convincing GEOTUS that it would be impossible to prove industrial scale voter fraud.

Here is an excerpt from the affidavit that I call the "305th Intel affidavit ". I call it that because the persons name is redacted but they open with being their past credentials, I credit it to ASOG because the models in the affidavit look identical to the models in their testimony in front of state legislators.
"A search of the indivisible.org network showed a subdomain that which evidences the existence of scorecard software in use as part of the Indivisable(formerly ACORN) political group for Obama."
It then shows a screen grab of the relevant subdomain.
A part of that is the idea that there actually isn't that many ballots. You wouldn't notice 30k-40k ballots missing from 2.1 million. So you have to have just as many physical ballots as you do ballot images or those votes came from thin air(adjudication/fraction magic). Also, you get to examine the actual ballots for authenticity, no random sampling of ballots for dumbass logic and accuracy test.
These have been around a long time and many cops have them.
