We already are required to hand count 5% of ballots in a previously selected random race, unless there was already a hand count of the ballots. This ensures that we are always checking the tabulating equipment in every election.

Even though Dominion is in some counties, mostly blue ones, the biggest cheat feature is NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED. That is the adjudication feature.

The adjudication feature is not used in early or regular voting. This is because the ballot is kicked back to the voter for correction there and then. If you did something like vote for more than the number allowed, you can spoil the ballot, basically tear it, and place it in a spoiled ballot envelope. Then you are given another ballot to try again. This is why EVERYONE should try to vote in person, as only in person voting has an option to correct any mistakes made.

Screw ups on mail in ballots are provided daily to teams of both parties, watched by witnesses to mark a new ballot that will properly read. This ballot has a serial number on it, that matches the envelope that the original ballot is kept, leaving an audit trail for later review. Adjudication involves just looking at ballot image, and fixing it, sometimes with just a single election official present. From what I understand that feature can do ALL the ballots flagged without any review by anyone. This is likely how they swung votes to Biden. They then reprinted the "originals", using them and destroying the actual originals, most of which were never VOTER MARKED BALLOTS like Florida.

Florida Law makes it clear that the original VOTER MARKED paper ballot is the ballot for all purposes, and if there is a dispute it can be simply counted by hand without the ballot readers. The ballot readers are simply for faster reporting, and if there is any difference between the paper ballot and the electronic record, the paper ballot always controls.

We have come a long way since 2000 and the punch card ballot.

The problem is unauthorized access to a database called Florida Shots, originally designed to track childhood vax, but turned into a Covid Shot tracker, that they will not allow you to opt out of, despite express language in the law.

His offense was the act of looking up those who worked in his office. Current law only allows access to treating doctors. Since he was not "treating" those in his office, he violated the law simply by looking up / having his staff look up the vax status of those in his office. This access is FORBIDDEN by law by anyone that is not a treating physician. I hope they put him in JAIL for this, firing him is too good.

He had NO RIGHT to gather the data on his office workers, and this is why he is suspended. Of course without gathering the data, he would have nothing to bitch about in his email.

This person is the head of the Health Department in Orange County (Orlando), FL. In related news, County Mayor Demmings, double shot and boosted has the coof. Looks to me those who got the jab are passing this around.

Minchin should dump the Democratic party. If he would do this, the dems are over in the senate.

I'll also applaud him for killing BBB, and welcome him to join us. He has more balls than 1/2 the republicans.

I think they are reading his order wrong, as there is nothing stopping him from making his order effective at once.

This needs to go the Florida Supreme Court.

Liberty does not exist if one does not have the right to choose what treatment one receives at a hospital. I think this order violates the Florida and US constitution.

Also, anyone consider using Hospice rules to get him out of there, and back home where he can be treated by his own doctor?

Less than 160 characters is considered a normal message. More than 160 characters is considered MMS and passes through the servers like a picture message for example. These MMS messages can also be delayed for some period of time.

Short messages are transmitted through the data channel. Longer messages are transmitted through data service and use a portion of your data. This is the reason for the difference.

Messages with attachments go thru a filter at barricuda, as do plain texts over 160 ch.In length (mms). Their third party vendor is the issue.

We must keep computer aided dispatch under 160 to prevent delay and filtering.

They love it here in Florida when they want their freedom.

However, their residents also know that it is free here as well, and long for their home state to drop all the covid crap.

ALL votes on paper, any electronic tabulators MUST run open source software, with enough hand counted and witnessed randomly chosen votes audited in each election to ensure that everything is working properly. The actual paper voter hand marked ballot should ALWAYS be the original record if any differences are detected ever. Should be easy to change without new hardware purchase, since nearly every voting vendor runs standard hardware.

The biggest "cheat" feature remains the adjudication feature. Florida bans it. Lets get the other states to do the same. If a ballot cannot be read, insist on a new duplicate with a serial number, prepared in front of election officials and witnesses of different parties, and the original sealed in an envelope for later exam if needed and bearing the matching serial number. Make the system such that cheating can be caught with 100% certainty.

And, of course mail ballots for ONLY those who have good cause not to be able to vote during regular or early voting period in person. If one can line up for covid testing or at the grocery store, why not to vote???? And NO ballots counted if they arrive after poll close time. We want election day, not election month. ALL except overseas ballots need to be finished on election DAY.

Normally there would be compromise, but we are more divided than ever.

Wonder if they would allow a voter to flag their record to REQUIRE id, much like people used to do with their credit cards???

I certainly do not want a person without id to steal my vote.

Did everyone notice that the caller was hung up when he said the phrase. However, once it was placed in POTATUS's mind (what is left of it), he acted upon it as he thought it was a valid statement, and agreed with it. This happened even after his handlers had nuked the phone call. Goes to show biden does not have the ability to think AT ALL on the fly.

A phrase invented by NBC itself to cover up the FJB chants at Nascar.

This statement by MSDNC is clear BS, as they invented the phrase "lets go brandon".

This is why signature verify is essential. A witness too is even better, as that gives you someone to put in Jail when they forge a dead person's signature.

I would love to see one of these witnesses turn states evidence.....

How can this not be "opinion", as that is what facebook has said about its own fact checkers.

I would love to see some of these in Court under Oath, where honesty is required.

Eventually someone will get them there.

This has been going on for a while with Travel Nurses, which have been pressed into service for a while. Since the hospital is not the employer, they really cannot enforce this on contractors.
