I think this shows MAJOR red flags of ballot harvesting and fraud but this unfortunately isnt proof. Hopefully they are able to find it or at least get these ballots disqualified as im sure residency or identity can easily be challenged.
I have faith he will prevail. Even after things starting going south...I'll admit I was demoralized a little at times but deep down I have faith he will win. Good always rises above evil....

As much as I hate to say it statistical abnormality isnt proof. We have to show it with hard evidence. Fortunately, this seems to be so wide-spread that I think it shouldn't be that hard to prove.

Ballots received the next day is possible as it's local and USPS promised to overnight them. So that is possible....BUT the same day? Extremely unlikely...this is possibly counters backdating or the usps backdating ballots which is absolutely illegal. Ballots received after 8pm on election day were to be held as per the US Supreme court and counted separately as PA law is currently that any ballots received after 8pm are not to be counted....this is likely going to be heard by the US Supreme Court as the PA Supreme Court basically granted an extension which will almost certainly be overturned as its not legal.
I believe its 2% of precincts left....not total overall vote share.
For example if you have 10 precincts and 9 are done counting....youre at 90% reporting.
I figured this out on election night...I assumed 2% of total votes cast but that doesnt appear to be how its being calculated.
