4 states used non-legislature methods to create unconstitutional acts in a showing of gross maladministration of the 2020 election.

It's either they vindicate the Constitution here and now or it's gone forever as a living document without any force or effect.

I'm a steward of the law but even I would put 2 in this guy's head and call it a day.

Maximum savage. Well done pede.

TL;DR:

These states created rules which are unconstitutional and need to be legally blasted in the ass repeatedly.

tooanalytical 2 points ago +2 / -0

I want to believe this is how it happened. So very much.

Worse, the Constitution would be dead.

And since all laws in the United States are legally subservient to the Constitution they would no longer be binding as the people are bound through all states by it.

The faithless electors ruling wouldn't apply here a house delegation is not an elector legally speaking.

The house delegation is majority republican and any delegation member who would vote against their own party when the stakes are this high would be committing figurative political suicide and maybe literal suicide as well.

These politicians are all about staying in office. They won't step out of line.

Sure, no worries pede.

If the SCOTUS would remove those states then no candidate would hit the 270 and the 12th amendment would kick in requiring house delegations to be sent.

So, the house delegations are made up of the majority members in the state legislature and the current count is 26R v 22D

I doubt they will require all states to send their house delegations, just the 4 state defendants.

In order for this concern to manifest into the action you describe the SCOTUS would need to ignore the Constitution and previous rulings made by the same SCOTUS which supports strictly following the Constitution as recently as this year.

Not going to happen. SCOTUS will rule in favor of Texas and kick it back to these 4 states to send their house delegations. Any other way would effectively dissolve the court.

Yes. Regardless of how spineless Perdue and flakey chick are we can not allow a Demorat majority in the Senate.

1
tooanalytical 1 point ago +1 / -0

No. The SCOTUS will kick this back to the Constitution as to not appear activist in nature and order the state legislatures in question send their house delegations.

As a legalpede myself, this reply from Texas is equivalent to listening to Mozart while drinking a glass of Lagavulin 16 neat and having my feet massaged.

This wins it all

Texas does not ask this Court to reelect President Trump, and Texas does not seek to disenfranchise the majority of Defendant States’ voters. To both points, Texas asks this Court to recognize the obvious fact that Defendant States’ maladministration of the 2020 election makes it impossible to know which candidate garnered the majority of lawful votes.

Game. Set. Match.

I'm ready to water the tree Mr. President.

Those justices that fail to uphold the Constitution would be viewed like any other enemy of the Constitution; with extreme prejudice.

I don't who stands against the Constitution, they will all lay in the ground soon.

Did I miss something overnight? Did Trump invoke 2018 EO and Act 51 with military tribunals, executing these deep state traitors by firing squad?

He is going to get so much done in his second term with the swamp properly cleaned out.
